  • the coolerator's emptiness is beyond a vacuous void. I guess I'll stop off at a fast food joint and get breakfast large enough to parse into two meals, eat one, then fill the man purse (lunch box) with the leftovers *plan*.  I did this last night as well.  I bought me a footlong sub.  had them cut it in half and wrap the two halves individually. it worked good, for that 'one now, one later' meal deal...

ok, last night we had our first torrential downpour since the 'Squatch bent my passenger door back into shape, and I'll be damned...IT WORKED!silly.  no more big puddle of rain water submerging my passenger side carpet.  that's way cool!  that was the one thing that discouraged me from sinking any more money into the ol' shrimpy wreck, now   I have renewed interest in keeping these wheels.  my next fix really ought to be that damn leaky power steering.  I don't even wanna know how much that's gonna run to replacewhatevah, but it needs it in a bad way....

got home (from the stalag) this morning, and it was raining (as I said earlier), so the dog and I didn't do our first day's pooperdog walk.  I let her outside, but she didn't wanna go off from the porch into the slosh, so I let her back in, thinking maybe mid day we'll do our walk-about.  it was about 2 1/2 hours into my sleep that she woke me and led me to the door, showing me that it wasn't raining anymore.  we take a quick walk (two bagger), then I go back to sleep.  about 4 1/2 hours after that she's ready for another (two bagger).  this dog shits alot (hence, then name; pooperdogshy).  she's all crashed out now, listening to 'ovals' on pandora radio, and the hum of the dishwasher. I do a load of warsh, as well, and eat me some Raisin bran crunch, then hit the shower and get ready for another fun filled evening at the stalag.   I get my welding sleeves and Kevlar gloves, and an empty man purse (to be filled with leftovers, as described above), then grab my keys, just to realize I got about a half an hour to kill before actually leaving, so I sit down (Squabber laying down next to me, purring), and jot these words...It's still a bit early, but I ran out things to say, so I'll put the laptop down, give me critters a hug, and split anyway.  getting to work early isn't so bad when there's free coffee (shweet!)
