• well, well, well!  look who reared it's ugly head...old man WINTER! I finally get to wipe that tear off the snow blowers [...face?] and see what this baby can do.  it's almost too gadgety (word?).  which one of these levers does what? I'm used to that stone age sears POS that I once had.  the head light is a nice feature so you can see the snow being blown right back in your face.  honestly though, it works nice! I could bury my neighbors 3 trailers down the way this thing devours, while simultaneously projectile vomiting (what?). the only bad part is it's not hardly worth starting up being it only takes 10 minutes to do my tiny driveway, so I do my neighbors drive as well (why not?)...which is kinda cool, 'cause he did mine the next day, whilst I was sleepin' (bonus!).  it got up over freezing today, and is supposed to rain tomorrow, so it's been nice Mr. Winter.  I'll see you next year.

  I couldn't get to sleep this morning, so I play me a little 'Need for Speed Hot Pursuit' (awesome PS3 game!). I continue the rampage I started during last night's beer drinking session. I don't encourage drinking and driving (for obvious reasons), but if you got the urge, drop the dime on this game. it's fun to get chased by the cops in virtual reality! so hide the keys to your real car (as I do every time I drink) and jump into, and start up that exotic NOS injected Bugatti and hit the streets!  even the feature called "free driving" where your not competing for speed, or getting chased by cops is cool.  it's pretty much a 'Sunday drive' at speeds of around 150 mph! watch out for cross town traffic *cue Jimmy Hendrix*

  anyway, I'm a bit anxious at the beginning of the work week at what I can and can't do with this bulky cast on.  it didn't take long to fall right into lock step with the other inmates.  the cast has been of little or no hindrance at all.  in fact, it helps on some stations, adding more support while lifting a 40lb chair into a box once every 34 seconds.  I may use it after I no longer need to (it, being the velcro style removable type of cast, and all).

  ...Doh!  I gotta get ready for tonight's stint.  and surprisingly, we don't have to work tomorrow night, it being a holiday and what-not (bonus!).  thank you MLK!
