YAY!! the car's fixed! and it only cost about half of what the dealer had invoiced me for, for the "fix" that they claim that they did! awesome! I pay for it by phone, and have them lock the keys in it, to be picked up tonight before work. there, it took me all summer, but I got both vehicles in tip top order. next thing to fix is this damn broken toofus (tooth). it doesn't hurt at all, but I'm sure if I let it go, it'll cause problems down the way.
we had a horrible night (as far as numbers go) at the stalag. the machine was acting all Christine [Steven King reference] on us. we may have made around 300 good parts. our goal was 850. oops! the day shift only did around 560, so they missed big time too, not to mention (but I will anyway) the down time we had these past couple days due to packaging, etc. I'm thinkin' we'll be working this weekend, but who knows? our boss says the orders from the customer fell right off, so maybe not? [news at 11]
that's about it. a pooperdog walk shall be had here shortly. looks like rain, so maybe we'll sneak one in before the sky falls too hard
