yay! 5-10 hour days with the weekend off! awesome! yesterday, I was zooming around to and from work, back and forth to the store with the top down on the dune buggy. it was 70's and sunny style weather. contrast that with chilled up 40's today (with highs in the low fitty's), with the wicked look of snow clouds making it feel like our Indian summer done came and went
. I still gotta bust out that rake. I'm sure I'll have time within these next few slack days off...so today Microsoft unleashes it's 'Windows 8' upgrade. being I had bought a 'puter within a certain timeframe, I'm eligible for a good discount on said upgrade, yet when I downloaded the windows 8 manager program, filled in my personal info along with my credit card info, I got an error message, of which I typed into google, returning many results from peeps with the same problems. I guess Microsoft doesn't want my money. fine! I'll stick with 7. I hate that kind of anticipation, only to be shot down by an error message. it's most discouraging. oh well. 7 rocks too.
my broken toof is giving me hella-pain. I knew it would had I not resolved to call the dentist in time. it's after 9am now. I best give 'em a holler and set up a thinger. good gawd, I loathe dentists like the plague, but this pain isn't pleasant either...
