• like last nights 12 wasn't enough, the boss declares everyday (including this weekend) until the 21'st 12'ers.  fock!  here we go [again]!  he makes the case by saying "at least we have a week and a half off for Christmas".  yeah, but until then we're also jamming a week and a half plus worth of work hours within this next work week. 96 hours to go 'til Christmas break.  just one of many absurdities...when will this place treat people like humans?  prob'ly never. 

  that last entry posted was almost a goner.  after typing it all in, it looked as if the 'puter froze.  I couldn't post it, but then realized I was able to move the curser, so I cut and pasted the text into an email that I sent to myself, then cut and pasted from that onto a new entry once the 'puter unfroze (after a good reboot).  success!  I don't know how many posts I've lost by having windows take a crap.  it's getting a lot better than the olden days of 'blue screen of death', etc..
