• first off, let me jot down my hours for this past week, so as I can check the stub next friday and make sure I'm not gettin' robbed...Sunday:8  Monday: 10, Tuesday: 10, Wednesday: 8 hours of "bank" (sick day) because of 2 things, I was actually sickly, plus, I found out that we're starting 12 hour shifts back up. Thursday: 12, Friday: 10 (time and a 1/2), and Saturday: 8 (double time), which equals a total of 58(+) hours (even with Wednesdays absence).  I guess Saturday's 8 will be included on the week after, so 50 hours...

   

  [...]  oops!  best quick save.  the computer says it's shutting down in 4 minutes to install important updates...I'll be back.

   

  alright.  we have a meeting at the end of our shift tonight, pretty much saying we'll have to work twelves in order to even pretend that we have a holiday weekend (good friday, and all).  it just gets better and better.  at least he's giving us a heads up this time.  we often hear bad rumors about what's happening, then fester and boil over them, just to find out most rumors aren't true.  this is the first interaction with our boss in MONTHS!  I let him know that it's good to get us involved,  keep us informed, etc.  it's truly frustrating to sort out the good from the bad when it comes to misinformation and rumors, and wonder why no one cares to let us "officially" know what's up.  we don't like being treated like cattle.  let us know!

   

  anyway, I have more to say, but I need to get me some sleeeeeeeeeep

  

  today's online banking finds me plunkin' down a good $430 toward "the Kid loan", leaving only $922 to pay it down to zero (YAY! let's get this sucka gone, freeing up that monthly $135 payment, which will then go toward paying down my Master Card!).  debt is absolutely going in the right direction
