  • again, nothing much to write about. it was a good start to my free vacation (automotive shut-d0wn thinger).  lawn chair in the sun, with a couple coldies, and my MP3 playing mostly Beatle tunes.  before that I hit the store for some food and try and find me a frame for a poster I bought online.  turns out it isn't your easy to find frame size.  maybe I'll just tack it to the paneling, like I used to do when I was a kid. that'll look good in the man-cave / wood-panel submarine. I'll place it on the wall, next to the burn barrel in the living room, or I could tack it above the wall that the Kawasaki leans againstwhatevah.  later (after a goodly amount of brew) I hit Youtube (via my PS3) to view tips on beginners golf.  there are a ton of free lessons online if ya dig for 'em.  I'm gonna hit the range tomorrow morning (weather permitting). I can't be Tiger if I don't get out there and practicepleased.

beautiful day!  not your super hot summer type. it was in the 70's mostly. and, of course, I run across another bees nest while trying to get the wet-vac out of the shed (second time this year...).  I still remember the pain of getting stung on the knee cap years ago. that stayed ouchy forever. why do bees, snakes, and mice like my shed so much?  there's a huge swath of woods right behind it...go play out there!

Mark (from work) texts me saying how easy it was for him to call unemployment. I figure I'll give it a quick shot (why not?). I was able to put in info they asked, followed by a weird siren sound.  ok. I guess it doesn't want to work for me. no worries. I gots enough doe in me savings, but it was worth a crack. somehow, I knew it wasn't gonna work.  I had the same-ish problem last year...

cleaned off my 'puter desk (it's always a wreck) and shredded a ton of old bills and docs I no longer needed. I fired the shredder up yesterday, but Brian had his girlfriends dog here (he dog sits on weekends while peroxide blondie works) , and he (the dog) didn't like the whine it made, so I figured today would be better.

    today, I'm 18,677 days oldshocked

    anyway.  sleep.
