yay! (part 2), my car insurance company writes me back saying they [finally] got my towing bill and will have a check in the mail for me for $150. swheet! now if I could only borrow a neighbors fone. I'll wander down to the cool hippy ladies house, during my next pooperdog walk, and see if she'll let me call to activate my new fone (and here, not too long ago, I used to have 3 phone services
. maybe I'll hook Vonage back up, as a $15/month phone back-up, in case my tracfone poops again...
), then I'll be able to actually call around and get more estimates, at least to get the passenger window fixed. it was a damn right cold ride on the way to work yesterday! I gotta get it fixed soon! meanwhile, I think I got it bad? there are peeps riding there bikes to work (can you imagine?! 
). the bike rack at works parking lot always has 3 to 5 bikes parked in it...when times get tough, tough peeps ride bicycles
. I hope I never have to resort to that. hell no! that's too much like using a canoe for deep water exploration. I'll move to Arizona before I ride anything open to the air in this crappy weather (ummm...sans my truck, which will be unopen to the air soon enough).anyway, pooperdog walk/borrow fone adventure awaits
