• overhanged

  damn, judging by this monster headache that I woke up with, must be I drunk a beer (or 9) last night.  it's been forever, it seems, since I put a good jag on (it's my weekend, so why not, right?).  I pretty much started my beer guzzle 'round noonish whilst cleaning the wood-panel submarine, and by 10pm I was hammered.  I didn't go anywhere (of course). I've stayed true to my "hide the truck keys before you start drinkin' " rule. my ass was parked (for the most part) on the couch watching Netflix, and catching up on 'ABC world news' and 'the daily show with Jon Stewart' episodes (via Hulu) that I'd recently missed.  otherwise, pooperdog walks (we walked the whole park yesterday, being that the temperature was 40 something degrees)!  it got up to 50 today!  good gawd! the snow mountains are disappearing fast!  I take a gigantic power-nap today to try and quell said hangover (it works).  hit Kozak's for a gyro and a rootbeer for lunch (mmmmmmmms!), then do some grocery shoppin'. more pooperdog walks to follow as the night goes on.  I gotta hit the rack 'round 8 tonight so as I can get my ass up 'round 4:30am and get ready for another stint at the stalag...

   

  

  here's last months schedule (on the left) compared to this months (right), and although I had a couple one day weekends and a couple 2 day weekends off last month, from this month forward, I have 3 day weekends every week (ummm...Tue, Wed, Thur=my weekend. yep, those days marked "SLACK" are mine.  shweet)!  that's huge! I think I got out of the welding dept. just in time too. those rumors of working 12 hour days every day for 3 weeks straight appear to be true.  that would have definitely killed me (seriously!)
